Progresso/Nuevo Progresso Mexico Tour
$55 + tax (per pax)
Available to groups of up to 11 pax... Passengers are dropped off/picked up at foot of bridge on US side. 4 person minimum required for tour. Tour Time approx. 4 hrs round trip.
South Padre Island Tours
$15 + tax (per pax)
Available to groups of up to 11 pax... Passengers are picked up/dropped off at Island Metro parking lot. 2 pax minimum required for tour. Tour time approx. 1.5-2.0 hrs round trip.
**Early/Late shuttle service pick up requests between the hours of 9pm & 5am will incur after hours dispatch charge ($25 fee applied). **Seaside Shuttles is Pet Friendly!!!**

Cancellation and Refund Policy
**Shuttle Service Cancellation Policy**
Thank you for choosing [Seaside Shuttles]! To ensure a smooth experience for all our passengers, we have outlined the following cancellation policy:
1. **Cancellations by the Customer**
- **Notice Required**: Cancellations made at least [24] hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, subject to availability.
- **Late Cancellations**: Cancellations made less than [24] hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a [$25] cancellation fee.
- **No-Shows**: Failure to appear at the designated pick-up location without prior cancellation will result in no refund.
2. **Rescheduling**
- Customers may reschedule their booking without penalty if the request is made at least [48] hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
3. **Cancellations by the Company**
- In the rare event of a service disruption or cancellation initiated by [Seaside Shuttles], customers will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option of a full refund or complimentary rescheduling.
4. **Weather and Other Uncontrollable Factors**
- [Seaside Shuttles] reserves the right to cancel or modify services due to severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be notified promptly and given options for rescheduling or refunds.
5. **Refund Processing**
- Refunds will be processed within [3-5] business days of the cancellation request, depending on the original payment method.
